Recruitment process

  • Stage 1: selection of applications

    The recruiter will analyse your CV to see if it fits the position. They will pay attention to your experience, your knowledge of specific tools and your education.

  • Stage 2: optional: telephone interview, tests, tasks

    We might contact you by phone before the meeting to talk about your experience and expectations for the position. You may also be asked to take tests that will check your knowledge in a particular area, or asked to perform a specific task. Candidates who got an appropriate result will be invited to next stages of the process and we will provide feedback to the other candidates within two weeks.

  • Stage 3: an interview with the immediate supervisor and an HR employee

    The recruitment meeting usually takes about an hour and relates to your experience and professional interests as well as skills needed for the position. We will inform you of the outcome within two weeks of the interview.

  • Stage 4: optional: meeting with a senior manager

    It may be that a senior manager wants to meet our best candidates before making a job offer. We will inform everyone of the outcome of the interview within two weeks at the latest.
